This is a static personal portfolio. It uses privacy-first, aggregate analytics but no advertising trackers, cookies, accounts, or contact form

How information is handled
Only the information needed to operate the site securely and respond when you choose to get in touch
- If you email Pavel, your address, message, and any information you include are received and used to reply
- Cloudflare may process limited technical request data to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Pavel does not receive individual visitor logs from the hosting platform
- Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand page views, broad traffic sources, device categories and page performance. Its browser beacon does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. See Cloudflare’s description of Web Analytics
- A separate aggregate event collector records five fixed fields: action, page, location within the page, a numeric value and a broad source category. Actions include page views, scroll milestones, visible sections, CV download clicks, contact clicks, demo opens and decision-tour starts or completions
- The event collector estimates active time only while the page is visible, pauses after 60 seconds without interaction and stops after 20 minutes per page load. This is an estimate of attention, not proof of reading. It does not use cookies, local storage, or a persistent visitor identifier
- The event dataset excludes full URLs, query strings, raw referrers, IP addresses, browser details, contact content and demo inputs. Source categories such as LinkedIn or email are determined in the browser; the original values are not sent to this collector. Cloudflare still receives technical network information when handling requests
- Some separately shared interactive work samples save demo preferences and fictional progress in your browser so you can resume exploring. This functional storage is separate from analytics and is not sent to Pavel or an LMS. Each sample explains its local storage and reset controls. Clearing this site’s browser data removes these saved values
- Email is processed to respond to your enquiry or to take steps connected with a possible professional engagement
- Technical service data is processed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the website. These are legitimate operational and security interests
- Aggregate service metrics and action analytics are used to understand whether the portfolio is being reached, which portfolio actions are useful, and how to improve its performance and usability. This limited processing is based on the legitimate interest in evaluating and improving this personal portfolio
- The website is delivered by Cloudflare Pages
- Cloudflare provides DNS, Pages, security, Web Analytics, Pages Functions and Workers Analytics Engine services. The action collector stores only the fixed event fields described above
- When you follow a link to LinkedIn or Telegram, that service’s privacy terms apply
- Email correspondence is kept only for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry, professional relationship, or applicable legal obligations
- Cloudflare retains operational data under its applicable service policies. Records connected with a confirmed security incident may be retained longer when necessary
- Web Analytics data is available for up to six months under Cloudflare’s service policy. Older reports may be sampled or aggregated
- Aggregate action events in Workers Analytics Engine are retained by Cloudflare for three months and then removed under the service retention policy
- Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the site or when required by law
- Where applicable, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its processing or object to that processing
- The analytics loader respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals and does not load analytics when either is enabled. Browser privacy tools may also block analytics. No session recordings or advertising profiles are created
- You may also raise a concern with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or another competent supervisory authority
- This notice will be updated if cookies, additional analytics fields or events, contact forms, or other data-processing features are added
